Negatives
1.The velcro strips did not adhere to the frame.I had to use an adhesive to stick the velcro to the cart.This could be because of the cold weather and cold metal and plastic.
2.On the club car there is an area towards the bottom of the windshield that is not covered, which lets in cold air.
